TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION
We kindly ask participants to read all the information below carefully
before registering via the online registration form.

This Retreat is open primarily to English-speaking members and volunteers of “Faustinum”.

Registration is also open to non-members and non-volunteers of “Faustinum” who may complete the online registration form.

Due to the limited capacity of the venue, registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If the number of applications exceeds the available places, applicants will be placed on a waiting list.

If places become available due to cancellations or other changes, those on the waiting list will be contacted by email and may be offered the opportunity to participate.

The cost of the four-day retreat is €240 per person. This includes accommodation and meals for the full duration of the retreat.

Only full registrations will be accepted. Requests for partial participation (without accommodation and/or meals) cannot be accommodated.

Registration for all Faustinum members, volunteers, non-members, and non-volunteers will close on Monday, 15 June 2026.

Once your registration form has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for the next steps.
This four-day retreat will begin on Thursday, 20 August 2026, at 3:00 p.m.,
and will conclude after lunch on Sunday, 23 August 2026.
Lodging

About the Facilities
The House of St. Faustina is a modest convent guesthouse offering basic accommodation. It does not provide hotel-style amenities. Bathrooms are shared and are located in common areas within the house.

Rooms
There are a total of 26 shared rooms in the House of St. Faustina, all furnished with single beds, arranged as follows:
- One family shared room with one double bed and two single beds
- Twenty-five shared rooms with two or three single beds in each room
Participants may be accommodated individually or may share a room with another guest.

Accessibility and House Guidelines
The lodging and retreat facilities are not wheelchair accessible. Smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted on the premises.
The retreat is held in silence, so participants will be asked to remain silent and turn off their phones for the duration of the retreat.

About Your Participation
This is a residential retreat, with accommodation and meals included in the Retreat package

Option for Additional Accommodation
The House of St. Faustina may offer additional accommodation for participants from Wednesday, 19 August 2026, to Monday, 24 August 2026, subject to availability. This option is intended to assist participants travelling from afar who may wish to arrive earlier to rest before the retreat or remain at the Shrine after the retreat concludes.

Requesting an Extended Stay
Participants wishing to extend their stay at the House of St. Faustina during the dates noted above are asked to contact us in advance. Meals will not be provided on these additional days; however, recommendations for nearby dining options are available.
Cancellation Policy for this Retreat

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us by Friday, 31 July 2026. Cancellations received by this date will be eligible for an 80% refund of your registration fee, with 20% retained as an administrative fee to cover processing costs.

All cancellations made after 31 July 2026 are non-refundable.

In the event of a no-show, the registration fee will be forfeited.

Participants who wish to leave the retreat early must formally withdraw from the retreat. In such cases, registration fees will not be refunded.
Payment

Payment for the retreat must be made within 14 days of receiving the confirmation email. If payment is not received within this period, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
