TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION
Those who wish to participate should first read carefully all the information
provided below and then sign-up using the online registration form.

This Retreat is open primarily to English-speaking Faustinum Members and Volunteers.

The venue can only accept a limited number of participants.

Registration will be based on a first come first served basis.

Registration is also open to Non-members and non-volunteers of Faustinum who may fill up the Online Registration Form. Acceptance will be on a case to case basis for seats that are available.

These Applicants will be placed on a Waiting List and will be notified by email on Friday 26 May 2023 as to the status of their registration.

Registration will close for all Faustinum members, volunteers and non-member and non-volunteers on Friday 23 June 2023.

Registration shall be processed on a first come, first served basis. Once your registration form has been processed, you shall receive a confirmation email including instructions for the next steps.

Full registration in this Retreat includes meal and lodging at the House of St. Faustina—the guest house of the Sisters where the Retreat will be held. Only full registrations shall be accepted. Requests for partial registration (without meal or lodging) shall not be entertained.

This 3-day weekend Retreat will begin on Friday, 25 August 2023, at 3:00pm and will conclude after lunch on Sunday, 27 August 2023. Cost per person: USD 140 (or EURO 125).
Payment

Payment for the Retreat should be made within 14 days from the date of the email confirmation from us. If no payment is made, your reservation shall be cancelled.

Payment can be made via Paypal or Bank transfer. Details will be provided in the confirmation email. Payment details are also provided on our website.
Please indicate “Retreat in English 2023” when making payment for the Retreat.
Lodging

About the Facilities
The House of St. Faustina comprises of a modest convent guest house with very simple and basic needs accommodation. It does not provide the luxury of a hotel type accommodation. Bathrooms in the House are shared with other guests at a common location within the House.

Rooms
There are a total of 26 Shared Rooms in the House of St Faustina with single beds made up as follows:
- One Family Shared Room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds
- 25 Single Shared Rooms with 2 or 3 single beds in each room
You are welcome to occupy the single room by yourself or share it with another person.

Accessibility
Lodgings and retreat facilities are not handicapped-accessible. Smoking and alcohol are prohibited in the premises. As part of the House of St. Faustina building is a cloister, it is required that guests be mindful of canonical silence especially in the evenings.

About Your Participation
This is a stay-in Retreat with accommodtion and meals included in the Retreat package.

Options for additional days Accommodation
The House of St Faustina will provide the option of additional days accommodation for participants from Wednesday, 23 August 2023 till Monday, 28 August 2023. This is to facilitate participants who may travel from afar and wish to arrive earlier and rest before the start of the Retreat and/or stay longer at the Shrine after the Retreat.

If you wish to extend your stay at The House of St.Faustna (from Wednesday, 23 August 2023 till Monday, 28 August 2023) please write us in advance. Meals will not be provided on these extra days. However we can make suggestions as to where you can get your meals.
Cancellation Policy for this Retreat

If you have to cancel your reservation on or before Monday, 31 July 2023 we will offer you an eighty (80%) refund of your registration fee. A levy of twenty percent (20%) fee will be incurred to cover our administrative costs.

All cancellations after Monday, 31 July 2023 are non-refundable.

In case of a no-show, you will lose the payment that you have made.

If you wish to leave the Retreat earlier, you will be required to resign from the Retreat and registration fees will not be refunded.
