Christmas 2020!

Dear Apostles of Divine Mercy!

“The uncomprehended miracle of Your mercy is accomplished, O Lord: the Word is made Flesh, God – the Word of God, Mercy Incarnate – has come to dwell among us.” (Diary, 1745). This was how St. Faustina prayed, amazed by the mystery of Divine mercy, who took flesh in our human history. God, the only-begotten Son of the Father has come to live with us! The One who is Mercy came to earth to reveal it to us!

Christmas is before us. It is the time when the merciful God comes to us and tells us about his desire to live in our families, communities and in each of us. Can the mystery of the Incarnation be repeated today? Yes, for sure. When we allow Jesus – Mercy Incarnate to make His home in our hearts. When we allow His mercy to penetrate us, cleanse and heal us. When God’s mercy fills us to the brim so that it can pass through our eyes, ears, hands, feet and heart to our loved ones. Then this “inconceivable miracle” of God’s mercy will happen: God will be made flesh in our everyday life, and His mercy will be revealed in our relationships and deeds!

It is our wholehearted wish that you may experience such miracles of mercy this Christmas and every day of the New Year 2021. O that each of us may say about himself, about his family, about his community: MERCY WAS MADE FLESH AND DWELT AMONG US.

For this we pray at the Source of Divine Mercy here in Kraków-Łagiewniki. A Holy and Blessed Christmas full of joy, divine grace and mercy to you and your loved ones!
